General Information

Proper care and maintenance of natural stone can be a difficult and confusing process. The first step is always to remove loose debris with a vacuum (beater bar turned off) and dry/dust mop. From here there a multitude of effective products available to handle your specific need. Product examples include polish and sealant (for stone and grout), stain and mildew removal, and grout cleaning.

Natural Stone warranties vary with the manufacturer and specific type of stone. Check with your sales representative for the warranty that applies to your floor.
